With so many action flicks produced today, people tend to forget just how accurate or inaccurate the portrayal of villains are. James Bond movies have tended to demonize Germans and Russians, two of the U.S. and Great Britain’s former war foes. But many others create their villains as belonging to smaller or third world countries, particularly the Middle East and parts of Africa.
These four guys from Africa have attempted to better inform the public what it is like to be an African man.
If people believed only what they saw in movies, they would think we are all warlords who love violence.
The clip is lighthearted and humorous, but raises of a valid question of why certain regions are consistently selected to be the antagonists of films.
