I mean, really, how did we not see this coming? LIBOR manipulation has been happening for quite some time, seemingly openly.

Here is a Barclays strategist speaking about LIBOR rates back in May of 2008. He says without hesitation or concern that Barclays flat out reports its lending rates to fit its agenda. This is is the largest scam in the history of the world, why was no one outraged years ago?
