Nothing provokes honesty and integrity like a good educational movie, and Barclays has done just that. In the midst of a LIBOR scandal that has been disastrous to say the least, the bank is looking for ways to improve upon the honesty of the company culture. Or to at least appear it is doing so.
The 12 minute film is led by Rich Ricci, chief of Barclays investment banking unit. Apparently Ricci has plans to meet with British regulators next week, and would like to boast that everyone employed at the bank has seen his educational video.
So, once everyone has seen the video, all problems solved.
