The Census Bureau reports that new home sales of single-family houses in the U.S. in June rose to a seasonally-adjusted annual rate of 372k, 3.6% better than June’s revised figure of 359k.

Sales of new homes continue to ride historical lows, and have now been under a SAAR of 400k since April of 2010 as the economy slugs along.
