Dallas Fed President Richard Fisher was on CNBC last week to discuss the Fed’s decision to implement QE3, and chat a bit about the general state of the economy.

Fisher is known for being one of the deficit hawks who has less faith in the positive effects of quantitative easing than the majority of FOMC members. He notes that while he wouldn’t have voted for the Fed’s decision, he commends Bernanke for being an overall good chairman. The real blame, he says, lies with congress, and their inability to get anything done.
