In Philadelphia yesterday, a woman got sucker-punched by a cop for…being in the wrong place at the wrong time.
The clip clearly shows someone do the unthinkable, and spray a bit of water on the cops. Dipshit cop turns around, immediately assumes it was the woman, and clocks her.
Notice not a single one of the other cops makes any effort to rectify the situation, or to at the very least slow things down.

I remember when police viewed the safety of civilians as being of paramount importance. There was a set of rules governing the use of firearms, such as making sure the area behind the target had no bystanders (which could have and did put officer safety in jeopardy).
Since then, officer safety has become paramount. Too bad for you if you get in the way.
