Well, we knew something like this was coming. During the first U.S. Presidential debate, Romney mentioned that it was in his plans to cut the government subsidy to PBS.

Now, regardless whether you are for or against the subsidy to PBS, I think this was a very poor inclusion to Romney’s debate statements, when there is so much else that needs fixing.

The Obama campaign has of course jumped all over it, and their new ad quite humorously tries to not let the public forget about BigBirdGate.
