The Bureau of Labor Statistics reports that the producer price index fell 0.8% in November. This follows a 0.2% decrease in October.
The core PPI, which excludes food and energy, rose 0.1% in November following a 0.2% decline the month prior. Food increased 1.3% while energy decreased 4.6%.
