Chris Christie Is None Too Happy With His Party’s Response To Hurricane Sandy

New Jersey Governor Chris Christie blasted his fellow republicans in a statement today for their lack of cooperation delivering relief funds to New Jersey and New York in the wake of hurricane Sandy.

Christie states that an aid package in the amount of $60 billion has been deemed appropriate, but that the much needed funds are yet to arrive. He compares the disaster response to that following hurricane Katrina that stuck New Orleans, and notes that the current relief effort is several times slower.
