Mapping 9 Years Of Changes In U.S. House Prices

Using data from CoreLogic, the New York Fed has published some very informative maps showing the year over year changes in U.S. house prices. These maps highlight the higher growth in prices that Florida, California, Arizona and Nevada experienced relative to the rest of the nation in 2005 and 2006, and the sharper decline they saw from 2007 to 2011.
